Steve Morris

Considered to be one of New Zealand’s leading organizational development and training specialists, Steve works closely with clients to understand their business from both a strategic and operations viewpoint and assists in the development of approaches to managing human resources.


 He works with clients to develop human resource strategies and programs that provide a competitive advantage and maximize the organization’s investment in people. Steve specializes in Job Analysis, Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development and Capability Management. In addition, Steve continues to research the impact of effective engagement and accountability practices within organizations.
Steve is a training consultant who has also lectured in HR Management. He also has experience in managing HR consulting firms as well as over 15 years working in school management. Steve’s client list also includes New Zealand government agencies and he has also worked on government working groups as a specialist consultant for the development of qualifications frameworks in adult education.
Steve holds a Post-Graduate Certificate in Leadership Studies, a Master of Arts, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business and Administration, a Bachelor of Education, a Diploma of Teaching and a Cert. IV Training and Assessment and a National Certificate in Adult Education and Training (level 4)
